- Oral health, including brushing and toothpaste choice
- Nutritional health, including appropriate portion sizes and food groups
- Physical health, including traditional Indigenous games using the accelerometer to encourage moving in real-life
- Well Being, including talking to your elders, going to school and living in a community

This game employs the use of a play time limit of 60 minutes per day, to ensure players have a healthy amount of screen time.

Players take on the role of a kid living in Australia. Something isnt right in town - the trees are dying, the ocean is being polluted - its no good. You speak to your elders, and they tell you the cause: "bad health monsters" .

These monsters have invaded the Beginning Time - the sacred source of all creation - and theyre causing mischief. You need to kick them out before they destroy the world as we know it! To defeat the monsters you must become a Deadly Health Warrior - by living a healthy life.

---

Gameplay involves players choosing how to spend their time in town - running, brushing, sleeping, and so on. Most activities involve a mini-game, and completing activities earns points. Once players believe they are strong enough, they can choose to visit the Beginning Time to face the monsters. Monster battles are turn-based and use the points earned completing activities to determine your strength. These two parts of the game alternate until all of the monsters have been defeated.
